This privacy page explains how Robert Hill approaches account data, contact messages, profile information, moderation records and adult browsing privacy.

Who this policy covers
This policy explains what personal data Robert Hill collects, why we collect it, who can see it and how you can have it corrected or deleted. It covers visitors, people with an account, women who place a profile and anyone who writes to us. We handle personal data in line with the data protection principles of Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. The rules for using the site are in the Terms of Use.
What we collect and why

We collect nothing more than this list. We do not ask visitors for ID documents or payment details.
What we do not do with your data
- We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
- We do not use advertising trackers or third-party advertising cookies.
- We do not take payments from visitors, so we never hold card or bank details.
- We do not see or store what you write to a woman on WhatsApp, Telegram or any other messenger.
- A verification photo is never published and is never shown on a profile.
Who else can see your data
- Everyone visiting the site sees published profiles and approved reviews, with the name the reviewer typed.
- Telegram carries messages from the "Write to manager" form to our team. Those messages are not stored in our own database.
- Google takes part in signing you in if you choose Google sign-in.
- Our hosting provider runs the servers that store the site's data.
- Authorities receive data only when the law requires us to provide it.
When you contact a woman through her messenger, she sees your number or username. That exchange stays between you and her and follows the messenger's own privacy rules.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies it needs to work:
- a session cookie that keeps you signed in and remembers the currency you chose; it ends when you close the browser or after a period of inactivity;
- a security cookie that protects the forms on the site;
- an age confirmation cookie that lasts 180 days.
You can block cookies in your browser. The site will then show the age screen on every visit, and signing in will not work.
How long we keep data
- Account data stays until you delete the account.
- A profile and its verification photo are kept while the profile exists, and deleted when the profile is removed, unless a complaint about that profile is still open or the law requires us to keep them.
- A review stays on the profile until it or the profile is removed.
- Technical records of visits are kept only as long as they are needed for security.
How we protect it
The site works over an encrypted connection. Passwords are stored in hashed form, so no one, including our team, can read them. Verification photos are kept in private storage that cannot be opened from the internet. Only our team can reach the site's data. No online system is completely secure, and if a breach affects your data, we will tell you through the contact linked to your account.
Your rights and how to use them
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. You can delete your account yourself from your dashboard. A woman can ask for her profile to be removed at any time.
Send your request through the "Write to manager" form. We may ask you to confirm that the data is yours before we act, so that no one can change or remove someone else's data. After a profile is removed, search engines may still show an old copy for a while. We cannot control their copies, but they update over time.
People under 18
The site is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn that data belongs to someone under 18, we delete it and close the related account or profile.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. The updated policy applies from that date.
