Who these terms apply to

These terms are the rules for using Robert Hill, an adults-only directory of escort profiles in Hong Kong. They apply to everyone who opens the site: visitors, people with an account, and women who place a profile here. By using the site you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy, which explains what happens to your data. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

When we change these terms, the new effective date appears at the top of this page. The changed terms apply from that date.

You must be 18 or older

The site is for adults only. The age screen at the entrance asks every visitor to accept this rule. Anyone who confirms this while under 18 breaks these terms, and we close any account or profile connected to them. You are also responsible for making sure that viewing adult content is allowed where you are.

What Robert Hill does and does not do

We publish profiles. Each profile is written by the woman it describes and shows her photos, her rates, the services she offers and the messenger she uses. The women who advertise here work for themselves. We are not an agency and do not employ them.

We do not arrange meetings, take bookings or handle money. Everything about a meeting is agreed between you and the woman directly, and it is your arrangement, not ours. Robert Hill never asks visitors for a deposit or any other payment on a woman's behalf. A request for money that uses our name does not come from us.

Accounts

You can browse without an account. If you create one, you sign up with an email address and a password or with Google sign-in. Keep your password private. What happens under your account is your responsibility, and one account belongs to one person. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Rules for women who place a profile

A profile may only be placed by the woman it describes, and she must be 18 or older. Agencies, managers and anyone else acting for another person may not place profiles here. No profile goes online until it passes a photo check: her face must match a separate verification photo, and her age must be confirmed as 18 or over. A profile that fails either part stays unpublished.

By placing a profile, she confirms that:

• every photo shows her, and she has the right to publish it;
• the text, rates and services describe what she herself offers;
• the contact details are her own;
• she advertises by her own choice, and no one is forcing or controlling her.

We may refuse, hide or remove a profile that breaks any of these rules.

Reviews

Anyone can leave a review on a profile without an account. A review has a name, a rating from 1 to 5 and a short text. Every review is read by us before it appears, and we do not publish reviews that:

• contain a phone number, a messenger handle or other personal details;
• threaten, insult or harass anyone;
• advertise something, or were written by the woman herself or on her behalf;
• describe a person other than the woman on the profile.

We may decline a review without giving a reason. The number of reviews on one profile is limited.

What is not allowed on the site

• any content involving a person under 18;
• advertising a person who is forced, trafficked or controlled by someone else;
• using another person's photos, name or contact details;
• asking anyone for a deposit or advance payment through the site;
• copying profiles or photos, or collecting data from the site with automated tools;
• spam, fake accounts and attempts to get around our checks or our security.

Breaking these rules leads to removal of the content and closure of the account involved. Where the law requires it, we pass information to the authorities.

Reporting a profile or asking for removal

Use the "Write to manager" form, which is on every page of the site. Give the address of the page, say what is wrong, and leave a way to reach you. We read every report. A report that someone may be under 18 or not advertising by her own choice is dealt with first, and the profile is hidden while we check it.

If your photo or your details appear on the site without your permission, tell us through the same form. Once we can see that the photo or the details are yours, we remove them.

Photos, text and site content

Each woman keeps the rights to her own photos and text. By placing a profile, she lets Robert Hill show them on the site for as long as the profile stays online. The site's design and its own texts belong to Robert Hill and may not be copied.

Limits of our responsibility

Profile information comes from the women themselves. Our check covers two things: that the face matches the photos, and that she is an adult. Everything else on a profile is her own statement. Meetings take place outside the site, and each adult takes part in them at their own risk. We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we cannot promise that it will always be online or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.
